Arlington Memorial Cemetery
Is a United States military
Cemetery. All 624 acres of land are filled with people buried that are dead from the American Civil War.

The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
Is a monument in dedication to the services the unknown soldier and all those soldiers who were killed in a war.

21 Gun Salute
For the three-shot rifle salute given at military and law enforcement funerals. They would have this when someone died.

Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall of Names
It honors all 58,195 people who died in the Vietnam War.
It's organized alphabetically by your last name.

Attack on Pearl Harbor
It was a surprise military attack conducted by the Imperial Japanese Navy against the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, on the morning of December 7, 1941.

The Battle of Iwo Jima
Was a major battle in which the United States Armed Forces fought for and captured the island of Iwo Jima.

Veterans Day
was originally set as a U.S. legal holiday to honor the end of World War I, which officially took place on November 11, 1918. This year, it's going to be on Tuesday, November 11.
