Labels
Crush 40 work under frontier records, based in Italy founded by Serafino Perugino, Wave Master, the recording division of Sega, and Victor entrainment, a Japanese based company owned by Yuichi Kaito. These companies would have no effect on the message of the song.

Lyrics

Thunder, rain and lightning
Danger, water rising
Clamour, sirens wailing
It's such a bad sign
Shadows of dark creatures
Steel clouds floating in the air
People run for shelter
What's gonna happen to us?

Lyrics pt. 2

All the steps we take, all the moves we make
All the pain at stake
I see the chaos for everyone
Who are we? What can we do?
You and I are same in the way that
We have our own styles that we won't change
Yours is filled with evil and mine's not
There is no way I can lose.

Message
The song exemplifies the struggles one will face in life and how to push thought difficult situations. It also describes the degeneration of society. This message is unique to the groups other songs.

Effects on me
This song affected me personally because it inspires me to push through difficult situations. It also helps me focus on what I have to do.

Worldview
I do not agree with the worldview because it is to bleak and negative for my taste. I also dislike the felling of hopelessness it presents

Interest
What drew me To like this song is the clash of melodramatic lyrics with the hard rock instruments. What this says about me is prefer the sound of the music over lyrics.

Culture
This song reflects our culture because it shows how Christians view modern society; dark and full of evil. From a non Christian viewpoint this song reflects the obstacles we face in everyday life.

Culture cont.
Our culture can be identified by this song because one of the fundamentals of America is to work hard and be successful. If culture lived by this song the world would be a much darker place.
