BE PREPARED

• Make sure to come with a fully charged iPad (or any other device)
• Bring all your supplies
• Have writing supplies to take notes when given tips for using device

RESPECT

• Remove any kinds of distractions
• Pull cover down when someone else is speaking
• Do not touch other's devices without permission
• Do not play any kinds of sounds unless granted permission

PHOTOGRAPHY

• Take educational pictures/videos
• Do not video tape other peoplewithout permission
• Do not snap pictures of people without permission

INTERNET

• Use internet for educational purpose only
• Visited websites are monitored so think wisely
• Look things up only if it relates to the assignment

ILLEGAL DOWNLOADS

• Do NOT add any kinds of apps without permission
• iPad will be confiscated if it contains illegal downloads

EMAIL

• Must only use school email
• (Ex: 14bibarra@olgstudent.org
• Check email daily
• NO personal accounts

TRAVELING

• Hold in your hand
• Do not put in backpack
• Do not leave in vehicle
• Be aware of weather

INSURANCE

• Each iPad is insured against damage or loss
• You must pay a $25 deductible if a claim needs to be made
