It is only a three spet process

  • Surface preparation
  • Apply adhesive to the stud
  • Fix the stud to the substrate

Preparing the Surface

We use an ATEX grinder approved by DNV

Applying the adhesive

The key point is using the correct amount as shown above

Fixing the stud

Each stud has an internal fixture that puts constant pressure on the adhesive during cure

  • It forms a chemically bonded iron phosphate layer on carbon steel
  • That is protect by a second layer made of ceramic
