• Promote the involvement of women in the leadership, decision-making and ministry within the Church.
• Ensure the voices and images of women are heard and seen by those in power.

Theological Education and Research

• Explore the theology in the light of the experience and perspective of women
• Plan and invest for future needs of women’s participation in the Catholic Church
• Develop and facilitate education and formation for women in liturgical roles, leadership, decision-making and ministry

Stewardship

• Be accountable for the governance and operations of the CACW and the OPW
