  • Examples: animal products, nuts, and beans

  • Great source of energy, promotes. Healthy skin, carries fat soluble vitamins, cushions and protects heart, liver, and other organs
  • Examples: fish (salmon mackerel), pumpkin

VITAMINS

  • Helps body to use energy, and regulates body processes (A, B, C...)
  • Examples: Fruits, veggies . (There's a vitamin produced when your in the sun)
