The current leader of the independent democratic country is Hans Westerguard

Task 1:

The military will lead the rebellion:
Current Head of Military- Keller
New Head of Military- Olaf

THE PLAN

STEP 1: Olaf accidentally crashes the Presidential Sled
President Hans and all Cabinet members are killed
Olaf is the sole survivor

STEP 2:
Once everyone is dead, Keller is put in place as Supreme Leader, and Olaf, the President

STEP 3:Media is taken over by the government and a statement is issued:

"Citizens of Nucountry: we are currently in grave danger and feel that our country's security is at stake. For the sake of the protection of the citizens, the constitution will be temporarily frozen, while we clean our government of it's unfit leaders. Olaf and I will do whatever we must to protect Nucountry from danger."- Supreme Leader Keller

Once the media is allowed to operate, the state will control all outlets,and only GOV'T elections will be broadcasted

STEP 4: All current government workers are fired and replaced with loyal members of the NPCS

Task 2:

Consolidating power

Unitary Government: to ensure that all power is centralized and absolute control is exercised

Type of Government- Military Dictatorship with One Party Rule

The New Government:
Judiciary: 2 Judges from each region, Keller nominates all 6, Sleet (senate) approve them.

Legislative:
House of Diamonds (100) and Sleet (50)- all regions equally represented
All elected by party and approved by supreme leader.

Executive branch: Supreme leader Keller as head of government and Olaf as head of state/military.

Economic System- Command Economy
The government will control every aspect of the economy

• Stability- Implement MEDIA/ put on a fiscade
• Prosperity- redistribution of wealth/ communism

Electoral process exists, however it remains strictly within the party

• Create Para statals to provide jobs

• New gov't will buy out buisness
• Para statals will ensure that the gov controls profit
• Unsatisfied owners will be silenced

Religious Leaders

• Will be satisfied with gov't control of economy
• Religion can be practiced freely
• The president is of the NUpeeple, so he follows their religion
• The Supreme Leader ensures that NUlaw adheres to religious law

Working Poor

• Jobs created to stop unemployment
• Wealth redistributed 
• Standard of living increased
• New gov't will represent interests of the workers
• Worker protection regulations issued

• New leader is of the Apeeple ethnicity, but also the NPCS
• He will ensure that the Apeeple allow resources to be collected

• Wealth redistribution will aid in standard of living
• Concerned about security
• Thus, new border protection enacted by military
• Better security, patrols, fencing, & new technology

The main party is the NPCS, however other parties do exist
These parties were created by the government and have no real power
