St.Ignatius was the youngest of 13 children and his mother died when he was 7.
St. Ignatius was struck with a cannonball in his legs this event made him grow into the faith.
St. Ignatius started the Society of Jesus. The followers were called Jesuits as a insult, but the name stuck.
