NEWTON'S FIRST LAW

  • Newtons first law states that an object at rest
  • Will remain at rest unless an unbalanced
  • Force is acted apon it . An object that is
  • Moving at a constant velocity will continue
  • Moving at a constant velocity

The crash test dummies continue in motion until another unbalanced force such as the one exerted by the air bags acts on them

NEWTONTS SECOND LAW

  • States that the net force on an
  • Object is equal to the mass of
  • The object multiplied by its
  • Accelaration.
  • F=ma

FORCE=MASS*ACCELERATION

Newton's third law

  • For every force there is a reaction
  • Force that is equal in size but
  • Opposite in direction
