NEWTON’S LIFE

  • Isaac was born on the 4th of January 1643 in Woolsthorpe Manor House England.
  • He also went to Trinity College in Ireland for his education in maths,physics,astronomy.
  • He won the FRS Award in 1672 and the Knight Bachelor in 1705.
  • He died on the 31st of March 1727.He was buried in Westminster Abbey.

NEWTON’S DISCOVERIES

  • Isaac Newton is best know for his theory about the law of gravity but his Principia Mathematica in 1686 with its three laws of motion greatly influenced the Enlightenment in Europe.

HOW DID NEWTON BENEFIT THE WORLD

  • His laws helped many scientists to better understand gravity and how it works.Newton did many other things other than laws of gravity that changed the world.
  • Newton invented a branch of mathematics called calculus.He was able to expand the knowledge of math which helped people to figure more things out.
