  • Gives people the right to assemble

FREEDOM OF PETITION

  • Right to write to government representatives or officials

AMENDMENT #2

  • Right to bear arms
  • This means that we can own guns

AMENDMENT #3

  • No quartering soldiers
  • This means we cannot let soldiers stay at our homes

  • Search and seizure
  • Police cannot come in without a warrant
