Hey mom and dad, before we get started, I just want to say thank you for sending me to a catholic school. You have allowed me to have the opportunity to learn about God and the way of the cross.

Responsible Citizen
I am a responsible citizen because I always remember to do my homework and study for tests.
The evidence that I show is studying with my parents.
I would rate myself at a 3 1/2 because I do study hard however, I don’t really get good grades on the tests I study for.

LIFE LONG LEARNER
I am a life long learner because I do/ turn in my homework on time.
The evidence that I have to show is me turning in my homework on time.
I would rate myself at a 4 1/2
Because I always make sure I have my homework written down and it’s in my backpack, safe.

Active catholic
I am an active catholic because I not only go to mass but I participate in it to. I participate by doing media during school masses and Sunday masses.
I would rate myself at a 3. I would rate myself at this because sometimes I can’t always attend mass, and I hope to change that in the future.

Ambassador of hope
I am an ambassador of hope because I care for Gods creations.
I like to water and help plants grow, so the evidence that I am showing is me watering
I would rate myself at a 2 1/2. I would rate myself at this because a lot of the time I get to lazy to do it.

Math period 1
This trimester I think that my math class has been okay.
In my opinion I think that math is super easy, but I just never understand it and I don’t ask questions because I don’t know how to say that I don’t understand all of it. This trimester I learned about algebra. A goal I would like to set for myself in math is getting at least an 80% on my next test.

Weakness
My weakness this trimester was probably every single math test I ever took.
It is my weakness because I always second guess myself and forget simple steps.

Favorite
My favorite assignment this year was combining like terms maze. It was my favorite because I got to color and work on “fun” math.
Religion period 2
I think my religion class has been one of my best classes this trimester. I think this is because all of the things you learn is about someone I love. JESUS!

Science period 3
I don’t know how to start off with science. Science is just crazy when it goes into my head. I hope I could become better at science in the future.

I like history because it’s easy. But I feel like the effort that goes into our assignments are low. I wish for that to change this trimester.

Strength
My strength this trimester was my unit 1 test in history. It was my strength because I know for a fact I studied super duper hard on it.

Ela period 5
I like ela because we get to write a lot and I like to write. This trimester in ela we read Percy Jackson The Lighting Thief. A goal I would like to set for myself would be to read 12 books.
