  • -ARE NOT CHEMICALLY COMBINED
  • Can be physically seperated.

EXAMPLES OF MIXTURES:

LEMONADE, TRAIL MIX, AND OCEAN

CHARACTERISTICS OF LEMONADE:

  • It is a mixture because, it is made up of two or more substances.
  • The mixture is made of 1 liquid water, 2 solids which are sugar and lemons
  • There substances keep there own identity.
  • These substances are not easily separated, but they can be physically separated

A solution is a mixture made up of two or more substances that are evenly distributed throughout a mixture.
