CHARACTERS

  • Jill Pole, the girl who is bullied by them and then with help escapes and enters Narnia and is told to find the signs of Prince Rillian
  • Eustace Scrubb, the boy who helps Jill escape from them and enters Narnia with her
  • Puddleglum, the marshwiggle that accompanies Jill and Scrubb on their journey to find the lost prince
  • Prince Rillian, the prince that is the son of Prince Caspian and is kept a slave by the witch for 10 years
  • The Witch of Green Kirtle, the witch that killed Prince Rillian's mother and turned Prince Rillain into a slave for 10 years

  • Witch of Green Kirtle is a mean witch with an evil personality

CONFLICT

  • Scrubb falls off a cliff
  • Everyone is going to be eaten by the gentle giants at the autumn feast
  • Everyone is trapped in the castle of Harfang
  • Prince Rillian is under a spell where he is tied to a silver chair and if released, he is said to turn into a serpent
  • The Witch of Green Kirtle turns into a great serpent and wraps herself around Prince Rillian in hopes of killing him

RESOLUTION

  • Scrubb lands on a cloud and floats to Narnia
  • Jill finds an exit on the kitchen and everyone sneaks out the day before the autumn feast
  • The children find an exit in the back of the kitchen
  • The children release him and he breaks the silver chair and the spell, turning him back into the prince
  • Scrubb, Puddleglum, and Prince Rillian, slash the witch with her sword and she releases her grip on Prince Rillain

RESOLUTION
