IDEAL DAY DIET DINNER

  • Dinner: enchilada
  • Calories: enchilada- 168 cal

IDEAL DAY DIET SNACKS

  • Snacks: low cal popcorn and goldfish

My regular day burned more calories and my diet day by a lot! But keep in mind that I didn't eat as many things on my diet. I burned 2,862 calories on my diet and 3,006 calories on regular days. Although I ate more on regular days, I lost the weight.
