SPLATOON

INTRODUCTION

• The thing I'll be talking about is one of my favorite games on thE Nintendo Wiiu console, which is the 3rd person shooter, splatoon.

like i had said before, this is a third person shooter title, and was created and published by Nintendo. This game takes place in the distant future where civilization has been wiped out of existence do to the earth's water levels have rising, and all sea life has evolved to the point where they create their own civilization.

Also present in this game are playable characters known as Inklings, who can transform between Squid and Humanoid forms and travel from one place to another by swimming in their own ink that they shoot via different kinds of weapons including gun, or large brush-based weaponry.

Players can battle against each other in 4v4 matches online in 4 different gamemodes so far. And these gamemodes being:

1. Turf War: where your team has to spread as much ink as possible on the battlefield as possible to win

2. Splat Zones: where you have cover and maintain specifically selected zones with your teams gift.

3. Rainmaker: where you have to carry a golden, fish-shaped weapon that shoots Ink tornadoes to a structure on your team's side of the map without being splatted by the opposing team

4. Tower control: a gamemode where you have to climb upon a tower and ride it back to the your base
