  • is there is enough driving force to keep them up-to-date with fast response rates.

  • Are team members proficient at tweeting, retweeting, hashtags, lists, direct messages?

  • you need to Tweet in multiple languages
  • you use Twitter for customer service and want to keep complaints off the main page
  • your products are radically different and so is the content around them.
