Admiral Drake sent Mr. Popper his first penguin. He named him Captain Cook.

Captain Cook got sick. The zoo sends Mr. Popper another penguin, named Greta.

They named the babies Nelson, Columbus, Louisa, Jenny, Scott, Magellan, Adelina, Isabella, Ferdinand and Victoria.

They turned their basement into an ice room for the penguins.

Mama played the piano while the penguins learned to dance.
