REHABILITATION

My criminal justice system focuses on rehabilitating the offender, rather than punishing him. Unless they are a repeat offender, in which case they will receive a much harsher punishment.

Juvenile offenders will receive even more lenient punishments, with a juvenile system focused on second chance programs and reformation.

REPEAT OFFENDERS

• Determinate sentencing

Sentencing will be proposed by courts, and decided by the jury.
