In 1815 the eruption of mount Tambora was one of the most powerful eruptions ever. After the eruption the weather was bad.

• 1815 was the famous year to erupt.
• The elevation is 9,350
• In 1815 the volcano was 3 miles wide and 3,600 feet deep.

FACTS:

• It last erupted 1967
• Mount Tambora sent 18 miles of ash into the sky after its eruption.
• It erupted more than 50 cubic kilometers of magma.
• It killed more than 100,000 people because of its climatic effects.

CONCLUSION

• My conclusion is that it will erupt soon. I don't think it will be as bad as in 1815.
