Untitled Slide

The purpose of monumental architecture is three things. The first is that it was built in honor of someone. The second is that it was built to show off power, wealth, or glory. The third is for religious purposes. Monumental architecture is a big part of history. It's things we've learned about. It may have three reasons to be built, but it gave us reasons thousands of years later to learn about it. It's purpose is many reasons, but I think it's main purpose is to go down in history. It had to do with history back then,, and it's still here in history now.
