PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Inter phase
G1 is the first stage of interphase. During g1 the cell makes proteins that's needed to copy the DNA(1)
S PHASE
The second stage of interphase is called the S phase. During the S phase DNA is packaged into chromosomes then replicated.(2)
The last phase of interphase is called G2. During G2 the cell basically makes sure that the cell is ready and was replicated correctly. G2 is also it's final time to grow before it splits in two.(2)
Mitosis
The first stage of mitosis is called prophase. During prophase the nucleolus disappears and spindle fibers, microtubules, centrioles migrate to opposite sides of the cell.(3)
The second stage of mitosis is called metaphase. During metaphase the chromosomes meet up in the middle of the cell. The nuclear membrane disappears completely also.(4)
Anaphase is the third stage of mitosis. In anaphase the sister chromatids separated to different sides of the cell.(4)
Telaphase is the last phase of mitosis. In early telophase a new cell plate starts to form and two new nuclei starts to form at different sides of the cell.
Cytokinesis is the last step in the cell cycle. In cytokinesis the cytoplasm divides and two new cells are created.
