CURRY RICE INGREDIENTS

• 1. Tblespoon of vegetable oil
• 1. Carrot chopped
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 large potato peeled and cut into 5in cubes

• 5 cups of water
• 1 240g package of japanese curry
• 13 servings of cooked short green rice
• Pack of raisins.

HOW ITS MADE

• Measure out and chop all ingredients so they ready to go.
• Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan then sautee the potatos and onions
• Add water and raisins then break up curry blocks and drop in.
• Simmer over low heat until the vegetables have soften to your liking

TO ASSEMBLE CURRY RICE

• Put a scoop of rice into the plate
• Then curry in to the other half.
