What is it?
The military diet is a diet plan most people on a budget use.

On the military diet you can lose up to ten pounds per week without any extra exercise!

The combination of the foods together are designed to burn fat, kick start your metabolism, and lose weight fast.

The diet plan is simple. three days on and four days off, the people that fail at this diet fail because they consume way more calories then they're should be. Which is why there gaining weight in the first place.

On the military diet the best thing you can do is drink water! While on this diet you don't just lose water weight either it's also fat!

Day 1 breakfast:
One cup of coffee or tea with no added sugars.
1/2 of a grape fruit.
2 tablespoon of peanut butter on one slice of toast.

Day 1 lunch:
1/2 cup of tuna
1 slice of toast
1 cup coffee or tea.

3 oz of your favorite meat
1 cup green beans
1/2 banana
1 small Apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream.

Day 2 breakfast:
1 hard boiled egg
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana

1 cup cottage cheese
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers

2 hot dogs
1 cup of broccoli
1 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

1 slide cheddar cheese
