EPISODE 9

• I had to get on a bus and go to Medina de Rioseco
• There, I waited for Merche but she never came. So I had to find a hotel
• I asked a woman, "¿Hay un hotel?" or, is there a hotel?
• She took to to a hotel, but it was closed. Then, she told me where an inn was.
• I got a room at the in and then Merche called me and we agreed to meet up tomorrow.

EPSIODE 10

• I left the hotel and met up with Meche and her friend, Esther.
• I left with them and we all went to Esther's house.
• There, I went to her Spanish class and she gave me a melon, or un melón.
• While in class, Merche screamed because there was a large spider in the kitchen.
• While waiting for Esther to start making lunch, I saw Merche's papers and realized she was writing an article about illegal construction.

EPISODE 11

• Esther made us a spanish omelette and said she was going to visit her parents.
• Merche and I went along with Esther to her family's farm.
• When we got there, I met Esther's father and when he said "Que tal,"
• I replied with "Bien, gracias. Y usted." because he was my elder.
• I then met the rest of Esther's family, and visited a nearby castle.

EPISODE 12

• The next day, I had to go shop for food.
• I went to the "supermarcado" or supermarket to buy batteries, soap and a few other things.
• I then went to the "marcado" or market to buy fruit.
• Finally I went to "la panadería" or the bakery to buy some bread.
• While heading back I saw the man Merche was running from.

EPSIODE 13

• I gave Merche and Esther the things which I had bought.
• Merche and Esther wanted to relax a bit so they decided we would eat out.
• We drove to a restaurant, "el restaurante" in a nearby village.
• There, I ordered jámon con melón for my main coarse.
• After eating, I told Merche I saw the man, and we left immediately.

EPISODE 15

• Merche was going back to Madrid, but she took me on a trip before she left.
• She bought me a ticket, "un billete", for a boat ride.
• While we were on the boat, we saw the man and he tried to talk to Merche.
• After we ran, we ended up getting away and Merche left to Madrid.
• I then decided I would go to the Canary Islands to look into the illegal construction Merche was reporting on.
