The Mexican Wolf is the most endangered of all wolves in the world, due to being cruelly trapped, poisoned, shot at, and killed for fur, domestication of livestock, and new human settlements.

Humans and habitat destruction are the major threats to wolves

The Arizona Gaming and Fish department, U.S. Fish and Wildlife, and the New Mexico Department of game and Fish are using funds for breeding facilities, reintroduction efforts, and educating the public of the Mexican Wolf

Current Status:
A high number of 59 reached recovery area, and of dropped to 4.2 by 2009. Population climbed back to 50. In December 2011, it climbed back to 58 with 12 packs and 6 breeding pairs 32 in Arizona and 26 in New Mexico up to now

In Conclusion: These Wolves are important to the environment, they're rare people should fight to protect these species, we should put in effort to protect these animals.
