Caring for other manatees isn't hard for mom manatees.
Female manatees are called cows male manatees are called bulls. Mom caring for her son she knows she doesn't have to feed him because the bull all ready knows how to drink out of mother pouch.The baby manatee ways up to 50 to 65 pounds.

The African manatee lives in western region of Africa from Senegal and Anglo the's are types of manatees that got cuts in there back from boats the's manatees git hunted by African's they weigh up 1,900 pounds and up 150 pounds of food a day.
