To achieve this we believe that there are number of elements that need to be defined and clarified for us to take this project forward.
We feel that we need to take this as an opportunity to build engagement with our business leaders and involve key communities in all of our businesses to drive a cultural shift in how we do business.

1. Define a change management programme across UK&I to accelerate culture shift from manager to leader
2. Consolidate existing T&D solutions based on 3E approach to show the vast array of existing tools, initiatives and opportunities.
3. Identify how to become agile and entrepreneurial focusing on innovation and intelligent risk taking
