This presentation aims to summarise our vision for our transformation journey do drive a change in our culture and help our leaders to move from manager to leader.

1. Define a change management programme across UK&I to accelerate culture shift from manager to leader
2. Consolidate existing T&D solutions based on 3E approach to show the vast array of existing tools, initiatives and opportunities.
3. Identify how to become agile and entrepreneurial focusing on innovation and intelligent risk taking
4. Define a deployment plan and communication
