LYNX FACTS

• Male Lynx will mate pregnant females in February or March. Two males will fight for a female.
• Females will give birth to 1-6 cubs 60-70 days after mating.
• Cubs are born with spots and streaks on their fuzzy new coat.

OTHER FACTS ABOUT LYNX

• During the next spring,Cubs will play wrecklessy and learn to hunt by tackling each other.
• Cubs nurse in a den for 4-5 months, and leave the den at two months old.
