My art is simple. I like to sketch things from a grid, or from a picture. My favorite thing to do is take pictures of things that would appear to be simple, and turn them into something complex.
This is the flamingo that I drew and colored with oil pastels the week of the 12th of May.
My least favorite project was the Mexican yarn painting because it was very time consuming, and was a lot of repetition. My favorite project was the animal drawings because we got to base it off a photo and off of an animal we liked.
Outside of art I am creative when I take pictures. I am working to improve in shading, and I think I have improved in sketching.
