Tourism was a huge part of history of Lubina-most of the funding for the island came from the revenue generated by tourism. There will be legislation that governs the number of tourists, which will in turn control the amount of waste and pollution produced. This will allow the island to still be a destination hotspot while being sustainable.

The new legislation governing the fishing industry will lead to a sustainable fishing community. This diverse fishing area will again be the leader in fish exportation, which will in turn bring in more tourism and revenue.

After the restoration of the downtown city of Lubina, there will be an atmosphere of rest and relaxation. This vacation destination will attract tourists and bring in revenue for the city. Creating a sense of place will encourage even more tourism and revenue.
