They spent their time learning from the apostles, and they were like family to each other. They also broke bread and prayed together. All the Lord's followers often met together, and they shared everything they had.
They would sell their property and possessions and give the money to whoever needed it. Day after day they met together in the temple. They broke bread together in different homes and shared their food happily and freely. Acts 2:42, 44-66
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Jesus Christ you are serving. Colossians 3:23-24
Prayer: Lord, I thank You for my spiritual family. I thank You that You give me friends who help me grow in my relationship with You. I thank You for mentors and coaches who inspire and guide me.
