Teens are more vulnerable to a low self-esteem because self-image, school, personal problems, and lifestyle.

Self-image

  • Studies have shown that girls are growing insecure of their appereances.
  • Try to change their looks for the public because they feel unconfterable.
  • 70% girls between 15 and 17 avoid daily activities.

School

  • friends pressuring you to do certain things.
  • experience hurtful comments and negative teasing.
  • not being able to do certain tasks of class.

Personal Problems

  • Not meeting parents standards.
  • Routine of punishment, neglect, or abuse.
  • Obsessed with being 'perfect'.

Teen's Lifestyle

  • Turing to substance abuse an escape for their problems.
  • Being in cutting, bullying, smoking, drinking, or disordered eating activities.
  • Feeling guilty for every wrong thing you do.
