It was a Godsend that Tech 133 knew how my Yosemite OS works. So many android/PC users here! My Apple Store is 2 hours away. PC users feel an Apple/Mac is simply a way for nerdy users to feel part of the elite,
techno-snob world. I learned on a Gateway PC--in the Cow box--and the Apple/Mac world is a dream for right-brained 63-y-old lifelong nerds like me. Technician 133 did a fine job; show him that he did so,

Additionally, Jeremy noted that reducing the CPU from 100% would be a desirable result of getting help from a live technician.
I could not start towards resolving my audio or my CPU problem simply due to the added cost required. But thank you very much for your help and assistance, you were really helpful and I'll definitely cooperate with you in the future.
