Can I ONLY offer product launch assistant services?
Yes, in fact you could make a business online offering an isolated product creation service such as eBooks for Authors or Webinars for Bloggers.
It's all about how to mix, match and package the service, and try to develop your skills around other things that could be used as part of that product creation.
For example, eBook product creation can also come with eBook publishing and marketing services.
Do I need to purchase any special computer software to create digital products?
Most of what I teach uses online, cloud based systems and tools with the exception of video/audio editing, where I use Screenflow (or use Camtasia for Windows).
I also use some free or low cost apps to help with file conversions or size reduction and other details which can get overlooked in the creation process.
Do I need to have previous design skills?
No, well that wasn't the case for me, but you do need to know what looks good in a general sense and ideally not be colour blind ;-)
Will I be able to build a members area?
Essentially yes, but you'll need practise. I use a system in the Educator course called Adobe Business Catalyst, and the tutorial videos are based on that, but the plans and the overall blueprint of how it comes together could be adapted to use in other systems.
How could product creation enhance my business?
You'll have increased revenue opportunities, more selling potential, more hiring potential, more profit potential.
You'll be able to also open up a host of possibilities for creating products for your own business, now or in future.
