  • Take fruit
  • Slice your fruit
  • Take your fruit and place it on the kabob
  • Enjoy!

BAGEL SNACKS

  • Take bagel slice into two
  • Take half and put cream cheese on it
  • Take your halfs with cream cheese and put sliced strawberries on each half
  • Enjoy!

FRUIT PARFAIT

  • Place yogurt in cup
  • Then put granola
  • After granola put fruit
  • Repeat
  • Enjoy!

TORTILLA WRAPS

  • Slice bananas
  • Put peanut butter on tortilla
  • Then put slices of banana on the peanut butter wrap
  • Roll it up
  • Enjoy!

AVACODO TOAST

  • Toast your bread
  • Mash avocados with a little vegetable oil
  • Enjoy!
