Breaking news!
This is reporter G with some harsh news. We recently found out by our local spies that General Gage will capture colonial leaders Sam Adams and John Handcock. He had sent regiments of British soldiers quarterd in Boston. They are trying to take over our land to seize gunpowder. Thankfully our local spies leaked the word of battle. It started about a day ago which was
April 19 1775. As we speak the war goes on and our freedom is at stake. We are out numbered by more than 100 men. We have lost all contact with the troops so we don't know the status. We don't have many minutemen so we may never be free again. No one knows who shot first. They call it the "the shot heard round the world." Shooting behind fences and trees is we heard. Our freedom may not be alive. About 240 British soldiers arrived in Lexington while we only have 70 minutemen . Before the word spread, the British killed about seven American citizens since the greed of land went to their heads. They are to powerful for our little army but we still fight back . This is a good time to hid your cattle. British soldiers can take over our land and make innocent people be slaves. These Colonial leaders had originally been organized to defend settlers from civil unrest. We believe if we hang tight this war might take about eight to ten years. Many citizens are scared to death. If you want everybody to be free you can go to battle and defend our rights and name. This is no time to panic since all you need to do is get survival gear and stay hidden in your home and protect property and relieves like children and wife's who can not defend them selfs
