CELLS 💪

• A bunch of cells form together to make tissue
• Red blood cells carry oxygen
• White blood cells help to fight away disease or infection
• Platelets help to dry the blood

TISSUES

• Nerve tissue - carries impulses back and fourth to the brain from the body
• Muscle tissue - contracts and shortens , making body parts move 💪
• Epithelial tissue - covers the outside of the body and the outside of internal organs
• Connective - connects all parts of the body and provides support
• The tissue works together to make an organ

ORGANS

• Organs work together to make an organ system
• Heart, small intestine, large intestine, liver, etc.
• Two or more different tissues work together to perform a specific function

ORGAN SYSTEM

• Two or more organs that work together to perform a specific function
