LEPTOSPIROSIS
Leptospirosis is zoonotic disease caused by the bacteria genus leptospira also by serovars

SPECIES IT AFFECTS
Sheep, goats, pigs, horses, cattle
Dogs
Is rare if a cat gets it

SYMPTOMS
Host adapted- infertility, reproductive tract infections
No host adapted- high fever, anemia, red urine, jaundice, sometimes death in 3 to five days for calves and in older cattle fever, lethargy, thick yellow milk, abortion, embryonic death, birth of weak calves

INCUBATION PERIOD
Generally 3 to 7 days for all animals
