Prepping the Order
- Start making the order as soon as possible.
- Salads, loadeds, etc, should all be ready before the food comes out.
- Once the food comes out, double check it, bag it up, staple the ticket to the bag, put the order on the shelf.
Be sure not to make salads too big. This happens ALL the time.
Do NOT forget extras like loadeds, butters, etc.
If you can, check items off of the ticket as they become ready, this way we KNOW that we have everything. Sometimes people don't want us to show them everything, so it helps if we are 100% sure that everything is there.
Also, sometimes you'll have multiple entrees, just cooked differently. In these cases, write on the box how it is cooked!
