SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Speak and read clearly so listeners can understand what you are saying.
  • Read and understand work-related materials so that you can use all the information you know in court.
  • Analyze ideas and use logic to determine their strengths and weaknesses so you know which type of questions would make a person uncomfortable and vulnerable.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Sit for long periods of time.
  • See details of objects that are less than a few feet away.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Are responsible for the work done by other workers, including paralegals, clerks, and other lawyers they may supervise.
  • Are often placed in conflict situations with clients or lawyers who are angry or unhappy.

PREPERATION

  • You need to have a bachelor's degree.
  • You must also have a law degree

WHY DOES LAW INTEREST ME?

  • I am ingested in becoming a lawyer because it seems like it would be fun and competitive. Becoming a lawyer means that I will get to help people and I think that being there for people is one of the most important things in life. I also enjoy debating and getting my point across. It would also be nice to be rich because lawyer make lots of cheese.
