LAB SAFETY CONTRACT

• Conduct yourself in a responsible manner at all times in the lab.
• Never work alone. No student may work without instructor or teacher present.
• When first entering a science/Biology room don't touch ANYTHING until instructed to do so.

I AGREE TO:

• Protect my eyes, face, hands, and body by wearing proper clothing and equipment.
• Notify teacher immediately if chemicals spill or snything breaks.
• Never eat or drink in lab or around any chemicals.
• Follow all instructions given by teacher.
