BE NEAT

• make sure you keep your area neat and organized
• if you spill something, ask for assistance
• at the end clean your area and wash your hands

BE CAREFUL

• handle everything with care
• do not act careless with the glass or sharp objects

CLOTHING

• wear something that you wouldn't mind if it got ruined
• wear an apron or lab coat
• wear shoes that protect your feet
• NO sandals or open toed shoes

DO NOT

• eat or drink in lab
• taste any chemicals or substances
• handle broken glass with bare hands
• pour chemicals down the drain without permission
• operate lab equipment without permission
