  • Running up and down the stairs
  • Will increase heart rate by more
  • Than jumping side to side,
  • Rest to bring it back to normal.

CONCLUSION:

  • Running up the stairs will increase
  • Heart rate by more. To bring it to normal
  • rest. In our data, the numbers of the heart BPM
  • went up drastically than jumping to sides.
  • Running up and down used more muscle so heart rate increased by more
