• Gentlemen do not sit down until all the ladies at his table is seated.
• A gentlemen should pull out his guest or the females at his table chair.
• If a lady leaves the table the gentlemen that seated her should rise out of his seat.
• Do not touch anything on the table until after the invocation has been said,
• After the invocation unfold your napkin into your lap.

• Before eating the course of the meal will start with outside piece of silverware.
• Wait until everyone at your table is served before eating.
