  • Jeffrey "Jeff" Koons (born January 21, 1955) is an American artist.
  • Known for his reproductions of banal objects.
  • Lives and works in both New York City and his hometown of York, Pennsylvania.
  • Childhood: sells gift-wrapping paper and candies to earn pocket-money.
  • Teenage: revered Salvador Dalí to the extent of visiting him at the St. Regis Hotel in NY.
