WHAT DOMAIN IS THE KINGDOM IN?

  • Eubacteria are classified under the Bacteria domain.
  • They are comprised of prokaryotes and other organisms without
  • a membrane bound nucleus.
  • Eubacteria and archaebacteria were both in the same kingdom. But studies show
  • that their completely different and are now classified as two separate kingdoms.

WHAT TYPE OF CELL DOES THE KINGDOM HAVE?

  • The kingdom contains prokaryotic cells
  • that lack a membrane bound
  • nucleus.
  • They are also unicellular organisms.

HOW DO THE ORGANISMS RETRIEVE NUTRITION?

  • Most prokaryotic cells are autotrophs because of
  • their plant-like organelles, yet some are actually
  • heterotrophs.

MEMBERS OF THE KINGDOM

  • Bacillus anthracis
  • Escherichia coli
  • Clostridium tetani

INTERESTING FACTS

  • Eubacteria has killed many people in different ways.
  • It's not only found in raw meat, but in other things like milk and
  • contaminated water.
  • They have their own kingdom because they have different
  • chemical makeup than other species.
