Early Life
His mom and grandma raised him together. When he was ten he started playing basketball. He was also born in Washington DC.

Education/Jobs
Kevin Durant went to the Texas Longhorns to play basketball in college.He won player of the year award.He got drafted to the Seattle supersonics.Then he went to Oklahoma City Thunder. When he was on the Thunder he won Rookie of the year award and he be came just the third NBA rookie to score 20 points a game the other two who got it was Lebron James and Carmelo Anthony.

Accomplishments

Kevin Durant went to the thunder and became famos.When Kevin was playing the Grizzlies he had 39 points.He is so famous they made socks, and shoes.He even has a nickname is KD.Kevin won the NBA horuse .Also Kevin was in the Olympics and won gold.In the AllStar game he had 46 points in 2014 and in the 2013 he had 30 points.But his highest points is 54. He was also in a movie called Thunderstruck where a guy gets the power of Kevin Durant

persevering- He wins lot of awards that are really good like rookie of the year award.
Kind - He made a camp for people that go though tuff times at Christmas
Loving - he gives more autographs more then any player I seen
Athletic - He can shot threes and can dunk the ball
