It states that all people should be equal and be born with certain rights.
That would be an example of Natural Rights.
The king should be elected by the people instead of choosing himself.
That was an example of Popular Sovereignty.
The government and the king should be controlled by the people.

Natural Rights- People that are born with certain rights.
The Declaration of Independence states,

I think so Because people are born with money but some people
waste it on alcohol and lose their money.
I would have signed it because everybody is basically equal and
we are mostly happy with our lives.
