PRESENTATION OUTLINE
During WWII, he lived throughout Russia, and Europe. With his base being his country, the Soviet Union.
The advantages of living in the Soviet Union ist is large and it boarders many other communist countries. The disadvantages of living in the Soviet Union are, because it is very large it is an easy target. The Soviet Union was made up of most of the '-stan' countries.
The political landscape of the Soviet Union is that it was a communist country lead by Joseph Stalin. Stalin had a five year plan for his country. But, as the plan progressed, he ran into many problems. Including, no seed capital, little international trade, no modern infrastructure, and much more.
He believed in communism, and that people could create a paradise on earth. So, to make his dream a reality, he became dictator of the Soviet Union. The world shaped Stalin because he grew up in poverty and saw other people leading their countries through communism and since that was the only thing he knew, that's how he decided to run his country. so when he became the leader of the Soviet Union he led a communist country.
He was disliked by many leaders, such as Lenin & Trotsky. Also, his people saw him as dishonest, which put a target on his back. It took Stalin five years to reach communism.
Many people died under his dictatorship, yet, Stalinism. He has only one statue of himself, located in Grutas Park. He told his people about a German attack, yet, they didn't believe him, which is a point in time that will be remembered for a very long time. Many people will remember his one Stalin rule. Stalin changed the world dramatically during his rule, but it wasn't in a good way. Stalin caused fear in millions and he caused famines.
Even though Joseph Stalin wasn't a great person, he lead his people the way he believed, and that is the real definition of a leader.
